About SalesChannelHub

The same unit shouldn't
sell twice.

We build operations software for sellers shipping physical goods across eight channels — with a real warehouse layer underneath.

What we believe

Six principles.
One company.

The shortest possible answer to "why should we trust you?" — declared up front so you can compare what we ship against what we said. Every line below is enforceable.

01
How we count

One number, every channel.

Stock is not an opinion. Every product page on every channel shows the same number the picker is standing in front of. If our number disagrees with reality, the bug is in our software — and we treat it that way.
02
Who we build for

Operators, not platforms.

The product is built for the person doing the work — not the consultant configuring it for them. If a feature needs a slide deck to explain, it doesn't ship. If it needs a four-week onboarding, it gets redesigned first.
03
What we won't pretend

No AI slop. Ever.

The agent on the FAQ is a human in Austin. The "smart suggestion" in the dashboard is a moving average with a name on it. If we ever do ship AI we'll tell you which model, what it does, and where it sits. Not as a hero claim. Not on the homepage.
04
What we publish

Honest scope, in writing.

What's live, what's in beta, what's roadmap — labelled in the product, on the marketing page, and on the invoice. The word "compliance" doesn't appear next to anything we haven't actually built. Anything else is a lie that compounds.
05
How we charge

One price. No surprises.

No per-order surcharges. No implementation fees. No renewal hikes. If we have to invent a fee to make the quarter, we're not running the business right. Three flat plans. The Enterprise page has a button, not a maze.
06
How we ship

Boring is a feature.

We deploy on Fridays — because we trust our tests, not because we're being clever. We answer email. We don't have a launch event. The product is supposed to disappear into your day so you can focus on what you sell.
PLACEHOLDER · WORKSHOP / WAREHOUSE PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography brief 16:10 · muted, neutral-warm, lived-in. A real workshop or warehouse at the back of a real seller's day — packing tape, kraft mailers, a clipboard. Never glossy stock.
The team

Nine people.
Names, not headshots.

We're small enough that everyone here has answered a support email this month. No photos on purpose — the brand voice doesn't trade on faces, and the team's privacy stays the team's. Real names, real roles. Where we worked before is below.

One way to apply.

All roles are full-time, remote-friendly, and paid in cash and equity. Email [email protected] with a paragraph about what you've shipped lately. No cover letters. No portals.

EngineeringRemoteFull-time

Senior backend engineer · channel connectors

Own one of the eight channel integrations end-to-end. Talk to the API team on the other side. Write the code that decides what "in stock" means for that channel.

SupportAustin or remoteFull-time

Customer support · operator background required

You've run a multi-channel store before. You can read a webhook log. You like email more than meetings. We pay the same as engineering for support, on purpose.

EngineeringRemoteFull-time

Reliability engineer · sync & queues

The sync engine ships every order on a webhook in 4–9s typical. You make sure 9 stays 9. On-call is a rotation, not a default state.

Where we've
shown up.

We're a new launch — coverage is just starting. We don't have a press team; we answer press@ directly. If you're writing about multi-channel ops or operator-grade software, get in touch.

A multi-channel inventory tool that ships the warehouse layer instead of pretending the warehouse doesn't exist.

Manage once.

Six modules. Eight channels. One stock count. The product itself is the strongest argument any About page can make — try it on your real catalog for two weeks.
