For sellers shipping 10,000+ orders/mo.
With the procurement to match.
Multi-entity billing, custom contracts, SSO, audit logs, named onboarding contacts. The Scale plan covers most operators. This page is for the ones it doesn't.
You're a fit if
any of these is true.
A quick gut check before you book a call. Most of our Scale-plan customers do not need this page. If two or more of these match you, the call will be worth your time.
10,000+ orders per month
Across all channels combined. We renegotiate the sync engine, queue priorities and rate-limit headroom at this tier.
3+ warehouses or 3PLs
Multi-location stock allocation, regional pick rules, and inter-warehouse transfers as a routine — not an exception.
SSO / SCIM / DPA required
Procurement has a vendor questionnaire. Legal has a redline policy. You need answers in writing, not a sales reassurance.
Multi-entity or multi-brand
You bill from more than one legal entity, or run more than one storefront brand on the same ops backbone.
The six deltas
from the Scale plan.
Everything in Scale, plus the items below. If you only need one of these, the Scale plan + a paid add-on is usually a better fit and we'll tell you so on the call.
Custom contract & MSA
Bring your redlines. We accept paper. Default agreement is one page; full MSA is available for review under NDA.
SSO + SCIM provisioning
SAML 2.0 and OIDC, with SCIM 2.0 for user lifecycle. Identity providers we support are listed in § 04.
Named onboarding lead
A single point of contact for the first 90 days. Email, Slack channel, and a weekly 30-min sync until the team is off the runbook.
Custom data retention
Set your own retention windows for order, audit and webhook logs. The default 24 months can extend to 7 years on request.
Procurement-friendly billing
NET-45 or NET-60. Annual invoicing. Multi-entity PO support. Vendor onboarding paperwork answered by a human, not a portal.
Priority sync & queue
Your webhooks land in a dedicated queue with reserved capacity. Sync engine latency p95 targets under 5 seconds even at peak.
Every item labelled.
Every date in writing.
Compliance is the section that gets the most marketing slop on most pages. Ours is a matrix because that's the only honest format. Status legend: Live shipping today, Beta usable but maturing, Roadmap committed but not yet built.
The numbers we'll
defend in writing.
Target performance commitments — the figures we write into the Enterprise MSA. Not aspirational marketing numbers, and not lifted from a launch press release: if we miss a P-row, it triggers a credit.
Everything legal
asks for.
In one place.
The "every vendor questionnaire" list. Each item below is available today and shipped under NDA on request — no separate enterprise procurement tier required.
Four weeks.
One named contact.
The standard Enterprise rollout. If the timeline slips it's because we said so on the kickoff — never because the team rotated on you. After week 4 your named contact stays for 90 days, then folds back into normal support.

Why we don't
publish a number.
The Enterprise volume range is wide enough — 10,000 to 2 million orders/month — that a single sticker would be useless. So we don't print one. Here's the formula, with real numbers.
Three plans on the standard Pricing page top out at $300/mo flat. Beyond that, the same product runs on a volume-based platform fee plus a small per-thousand-order rate, billed annually.
No per-implementation fee. No professional-services line item disguised as a setup charge. The price you see in the formula is the price on the invoice.
Questions we get
on every call.
The six questions every Enterprise call opens with. Read them first — they may answer enough that the call becomes a kickoff instead of a sales call.
Book the call.
Bring the questionnaire.
30 minutes with our team. We answer your security questions live, walk through the matrix above, and tell you within the call whether Enterprise is even the right fit. No follow-up sequence. No drip emails.
