For sellers shipping 10,000+ orders/mo.
With the procurement to match.

Multi-entity billing, custom contracts, SSO, audit logs, named onboarding contacts. The Scale plan covers most operators. This page is for the ones it doesn't.

§ 02 · Who this is for

You're a fit if
any of these is true.

A quick gut check before you book a call. Most of our Scale-plan customers do not need this page. If two or more of these match you, the call will be worth your time.

VOLUME

10,000+ orders per month

Across all channels combined. We renegotiate the sync engine, queue priorities and rate-limit headroom at this tier.

FOOTPRINT

3+ warehouses or 3PLs

Multi-location stock allocation, regional pick rules, and inter-warehouse transfers as a routine — not an exception.

SECURITY

SSO / SCIM / DPA required

Procurement has a vendor questionnaire. Legal has a redline policy. You need answers in writing, not a sales reassurance.

STRUCTURE

Multi-entity or multi-brand

You bill from more than one legal entity, or run more than one storefront brand on the same ops backbone.

§ 03 · What changes at Enterprise

The six deltas
from the Scale plan.

Everything in Scale, plus the items below. If you only need one of these, the Scale plan + a paid add-on is usually a better fit and we'll tell you so on the call.

01

Custom contract & MSA

Bring your redlines. We accept paper. Default agreement is one page; full MSA is available for review under NDA.

vs · ScaleScale = clickwrap
02

SSO + SCIM provisioning

SAML 2.0 and OIDC, with SCIM 2.0 for user lifecycle. Identity providers we support are listed in § 04.

vs · ScaleScale = password + 2FA
03

Named onboarding lead

A single point of contact for the first 90 days. Email, Slack channel, and a weekly 30-min sync until the team is off the runbook.

vs · ScaleScale = self-serve + email
04

Custom data retention

Set your own retention windows for order, audit and webhook logs. The default 24 months can extend to 7 years on request.

vs · ScaleScale = 24-month default
05

Procurement-friendly billing

NET-45 or NET-60. Annual invoicing. Multi-entity PO support. Vendor onboarding paperwork answered by a human, not a portal.

vs · ScaleScale = card on file
06

Priority sync & queue

Your webhooks land in a dedicated queue with reserved capacity. Sync engine latency p95 targets under 5 seconds even at peak.

vs · ScaleScale = shared queue
§ 04 · Security & compliance

Every item labelled.
Every date in writing.

Compliance is the section that gets the most marketing slop on most pages. Ours is a matrix because that's the only honest format. Status legend: Live shipping today, Beta usable but maturing, Roadmap committed but not yet built.

§ 05 · Performance & scale

The numbers we'll
defend in writing.

Target performance commitments — the figures we write into the Enterprise MSA. Not aspirational marketing numbers, and not lifted from a launch press release: if we miss a P-row, it triggers a credit.

How this works · these targets are written into the Enterprise MSA as commitments. A quarterly performance report is published to your admin and emailed to a named contact. Underperformance against any P-row triggers a credit per the MSA.

§ 07 · Implementation

Four weeks.
One named contact.

The standard Enterprise rollout. If the timeline slips it's because we said so on the kickoff — never because the team rotated on you. After week 4 your named contact stays for 90 days, then folds back into normal support.

WEEK 1 WEEK 01

Kickoff & scoping

Who · Onboarding lead + your lead
  • Map your current ops (existing tools, channels, warehouses)
  • Decide migration order — channels first or warehouses first
  • Set up shared Slack channel, weekly 30-min sync
  • Sign MSA / DPA · provision tenant
WEEK 2 WEEK 02

Channel connect

Who · Eng + your operator
  • OAuth into each live channel · sandbox first
  • Map SKUs · channel listings · variations
  • Stand up staging tenant for parallel-running
  • Validate first 100 orders end-to-end
WEEK 3 WEEK 03

Warehouse + bin map

Who · Eng + your ops lead
  • Import bin layout (scanner-friendly · CSV)
  • Configure stock allocation rules
  • Cycle-count current state · resolve variances
  • Train pickers · packers · supervisors
GO LIVE WEEK 04

Cutover & handoff

Who · Onboarding lead + your full team
  • Switch primary inventory source to SalesChannelHub
  • Retire old tool (or keep read-only for 30 days)
  • Final training session · runbook left with you
  • 90-day named-contact engagement begins
§ 08 · Pricing shape

Why we don't
publish a number.

The Enterprise volume range is wide enough — 10,000 to 2 million orders/month — that a single sticker would be useless. So we don't print one. Here's the formula, with real numbers.

Three plans on the standard Pricing page top out at $300/mo flat. Beyond that, the same product runs on a volume-based platform fee plus a small per-thousand-order rate, billed annually.

No per-implementation fee. No professional-services line item disguised as a setup charge. The price you see in the formula is the price on the invoice.

Example · 50,000 orders/month · 4 warehouses · SSO + SCIM
Platform fee
flat · all 8 channels · all features
$2,400/mo
Volume
$0.06 / order · first 100k tier
$3,000/mo
Warehouses
included up to 5 · then $200/mo each
$0/mo
Security add-ons · SSO, SCIM, audit streamincluded
Estimated · annual contract$5,400 / mo
§ 09 · FAQ

Questions we get
on every call.

The six questions every Enterprise call opens with. Read them first — they may answer enough that the call becomes a kickoff instead of a sales call.

PROCUREMENT
Will you sign our paper?
Yes. Bring redlines. We can work from a one-page agreement or a full MSA. Average turnaround on redlines is 5 business days.
SECURITY
Are you SOC 2?
Not yet — SOC 2 is on our roadmap. We'll share the controls list and the timeline under NDA. We don't claim what we haven't earned; the security matrix above marks every item Live, Beta or Roadmap with a date.
MIGRATION
How long does migration actually take?
Four weeks of work, calendar-elapsed in 4–6 weeks depending on how fast your team can free up. If we're slipping past 4 you'll know at week 2.
DATA
Can we self-host?
No. We run a single multi-tenant SaaS with per-tenant database isolation. If a true self-hosted requirement is a hard constraint, this product isn't the right fit and we'll say so on the call.
CONTRACT
What happens if we leave?
Full data export in JSON or CSV — orders, SKUs, channels, locations, audit log. 60-day exit window included by default. Annual contracts don't auto-renew without written confirmation 30 days out.
PRICING
Why a volume fee at all?
Because the sync engine and the queue infrastructure scale with order count, and it's the most honest place to put the cost. Volume splits the bill fairly across the wide Enterprise range.

Book the call.
Bring the questionnaire.

30 minutes with our team. We answer your security questions live, walk through the matrix above, and tell you within the call whether Enterprise is even the right fit. No follow-up sequence. No drip emails.
