The honest answers.

What counts as an "order"?+
A single customer purchase from any connected channel, regardless of line-item count. A 12-item Amazon order counts as one. Cancelled and test orders don't count. We show your running total in-app so you can see where you stand before any limit becomes a problem.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?+
Nothing breaks — sync keeps running. We send a heads-up at 80% and again at 100%, and prompt you to upgrade or add an order-volume add-on. No surprise overage charges, ever.
Is there really no per-order fee?+
Correct. You pay one flat monthly price for your plan plus any add-ons you choose. We don't charge per order, per SKU, per webhook, or per API call. The number on the card is the number on your invoice.
Can I switch plans or cancel?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation is one click in-app; we keep your data accessible for 90 days in case you change your mind, then we delete it.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?+
Yes — 20% off any plan when billed annually. The savings are baked into the prices shown when you toggle Annual at the top of this page.
What about taxes and currency?+
Prices are in USD. Sales tax / VAT is added at checkout per your billing address. We support payment from US, CA, UK, EU, AU, and NZ accounts. For multi-currency invoicing, ask about Enterprise.
Is there a free trial?+

Do you offer non-profit or startup pricing?+
