Open Catalog → Categories to see your full category tree, then search or filter to find any branch fast.
Open Catalog > Categories to see your full category structure as a tree, then search or filter to jump to any branch.

How do I find a category?
- In the sidebar, open Catalog and click Categories.
- You land on a tree. Click the arrow beside a parent to expand it, or use Expand all and Collapse all.
- Type in Search category name… to filter as you go. Matching rows show their full path so you know where each one sits.
- Narrow further with the All categories parent dropdown (it includes a Top-level only option) or the All status filter.
- Each row shows its product count. Hover a row to reveal Edit and Delete.
What happens with a very large catalog?
Past a set number of categories, the tree switches to a flat, paginated, sortable table. Search and the same filters still work, so navigation stays familiar.
Tip. Searching collapses the tree to just the matches and their paths, which is the quickest way to confirm where a category lives.
Common questions
Why does the Categories list look like a table instead of a tree?
You have more categories than the tree-view cap. The app shows a flat, paginated table instead, which performs better at scale. Search, filters and sorting all work the same way.
How do I show only inactive categories?
Set the All status filter to Inactive. To see only top-level sections, set the parent filter to Top-level only.
