Common questions
A channel is greyed out when I try to push. Why?
The note beside it explains why, usually that the store needs reconnecting from Integrations or lacks the discount permission. Fix that and the channel becomes tickable.
My channel link shows Error. How do I fix it?
Read the Detail column on the Channels tab for the store's reason, fix the cause, then click Sync now to re-push.
The push has been Pending for a long time. What's wrong?
Pushes run in the background. If one is stuck, the channel likely needs reconnecting in Integrations, then re-sync the discount.
A discount type shows Unsupported on one store. Why?
Not every store can represent every type, for example buy X get Y. Use a simpler type, or accept it won't run on that channel.
I can't approve an offer. What's blocking it?
A reconnect warning means the offer's channel lacks the discount permission. Reconnect that store from Integrations first, then approve.
No offers are coming in. What should I check?
Confirm the widget is enabled in Settings → Offers Widget, that the snippet and a sch-offer-button are in your theme, and that the key is Active.
An offer expired before I replied. Can I still respond?
No, an expired offer is closed. Lengthen Offer validity (days) in the widget settings for next time; the buyer can also re-submit, and it appears under Re-offers.
