Void a label
Open Shipment Actions and click Void Label to cancel a purchased label with the carrier so you're not charged for it.
If you bought the wrong service, used the wrong box, or won't ship the order, void the label. Voiding asks the carrier to cancel it so you're not charged for postage you never use.

How do I void a label?
- Open the order that has the purchased label.
- Open the Shipment Actions menu at the top of the modal.
- Click Void Label. It shows Voiding… while it works.
What if the void is rejected?
If the carrier refuses, for example because the label has already entered its network, nothing changes and the label stays active. When the void succeeds, the shipment returns to an editable state so you can re-label it.
Tip. Void promptly. Most carriers only refund voids within a limited window after purchase, so do it as soon as you spot the mistake.
Common questions
Will I get the postage refunded when I void?
Usually, if you void inside the carrier's refund window. Outside that window the carrier may keep the charge, so void as soon as you catch the error.
Why was my void rejected?
The label has already been scanned into the carrier's network. Once a parcel is in transit it can't be voided, and the label stays active.
