Configure the offers widget
On Settings → Offers Widget, let shoppers send offers or price-match requests, set auto-accept and auto-decline thresholds, and install the snippet.
The offers widget adds a Make an Offer / Price Match button to your storefront product pages and feeds the submissions back into the app.
How do I set up the offers widget?
- Go to Settings → Offers Widget.
- Tick Enable the offer widget, then choose Make an Offer, Price Match, or both.
- Set the Offer validity (days), the Default discount on approval, and optional Minimum offer, Auto-accept and Auto-decline thresholds (as a percent of list price).
- Click Save settings.
- Under Install the widget, click Generate key and paste the snippet into your storefront theme.
Tip. Set an auto-decline floor so insultingly low offers never reach your inbox, and an auto-accept ceiling so strong offers convert instantly.
Common questions
How do auto-accept and auto-decline work?
They're percentages of list price. An offer at or above your auto-accept ceiling is approved instantly; one at or below your auto-decline floor is rejected. Anything between waits for you to decide.
How does the widget appear on my store?
Click Generate key under Install the widget, then paste the snippet into your storefront theme. The Make an Offer / Price Match button then shows on your product pages.
