Highlight cells with conditional formatting
Click + Rule, pick a column, choose a comparison and value, then pick Red, Amber, Green or Bold to colour cells that meet the rule.
Conditional formatting draws the eye to rows that need attention: low stock, small orders, big refunds. Set it up in the Conditional formatting section of the builder.

How do I highlight cells by value?
- Click + Rule.
- Pick the Column the rule applies to.
- Choose a comparison (<, ≤, >, ≥, =, ≠ or contains) and type a value.
- Pick a style: Red, Amber, Green or Bold.
- Add more rules if needed, then save and run the report.
Where does the highlighting show?
Rules apply per cell. Flag any order total below 50 in red, say, or any on-hand quantity at or below the reorder point in amber. The same highlighting shows in the Live preview as you build, so you see the effect before saving.
Tip. Stack two rules on one column for a traffic-light effect: amber when a value is getting low, red when it crosses the danger line.
