Shop carrier rates
Click Browse Rates to compare live quotes from every active carrier, then pick a service from the Service dropdown.
Rate shopping asks every active carrier for a live quote against your package, ship-from and ship-to. Nothing is charged, so you can pick the best price and service before committing.

How do I shop rates?
- Set the parcel Weight and Size (in) in the Configure Shipment panel first.
- Click Browse Rates. It shows Loading rates… while it works.
- Open the Service dropdown to see each option as service name — price, sorted so you can compare.
- Pick the service you want. Its price flows into the floating cost review.
Why am I getting no rates?
If a piece is missing, such as no ship-from address or an invalid ship-to, you'll see a clear message instead of rates. Fix the gap, then use ⇅ Refresh to re-quote after changing the weight or box.
Tip. Rates depend on the package. Confirm weight and dimensions before you shop, and re-shop whenever you change the box.
Common questions
Why is one carrier missing from the rates?
It's either inactive or its credentials failed. Open Settings → Shipping Carriers, check the carrier is Active, and use Test Connection to confirm the credentials work.
Do I have to re-shop if I change the box?
Yes. Rates are quoted for the package you had at the time. After changing weight or dimensions, click ⇅ Refresh to pull fresh quotes.
