Edit and validate the ship-to address
Edit the recipient address in the Shipment Details card, then click Validate Address to check it against USPS before labelling.
A bad address means a returned parcel and a wasted label. The workspace lets you edit the recipient address and validate it before you buy anything.

How do I fix and check an address?
- In the Shipment Details card, find Ship To Address.
- Click Edit to open the inline editor, correct the name, street, city, state, postal code or country, and click Save.
- Click Validate Address to check it against USPS.
What does validation show?
A validated address shows ✓ Address Validated. Validation is US-focused, so for some countries you'll see Validation unavailable for this country, which is expected.
Tip. To validate many at once, select orders and use Other Actions → Validate Address to flag bad addresses before a print run.
Common questions
Why does validation say it's unavailable?
Address validation runs against USPS and covers US addresses. For some countries you'll see Validation unavailable for this country. That's normal, not an error, and you can still buy the label.
Can I validate a batch of orders at once?
Yes. Tick the orders in the table and choose Other Actions → Validate Address to check them all and flag any bad ones before you print.
