Manage webhooks for a connection
The webhooks page shows which real-time events a channel can send, the registered ones, and your unique webhook endpoint URL.
Webhooks let a channel notify SalesChannelHub the instant something happens, a new order or a stock change, instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync. The webhooks page shows what's available and what's active for a connection.

What's on the webhooks page?
- Register Webhooks — the events (topics) this channel can send. Tick the ones you want; topics already registered show in green as Already registered.
- Registered Webhooks — a table of active webhooks with their status, how many Calls Received, when each was Last Called, and a Delete action.
- Webhook Endpoint — the unique URL the channel posts to for this connection, shown at the bottom for reference.
Tip. Registering webhooks from this screen isn't finished yet. For now, clicking Register Selected shows a "coming soon" message. Scheduled and manual syncs keep your data current in the meantime.
Common questions
Why does Register Selected say "coming soon"?
Webhook registration is still being finished, so the button shows a notice rather than registering. Until then, scheduled and manual syncs keep your data current.
What is the Webhook Endpoint URL for?
It's the unique address the channel posts to for this connection. It's shown for reference; you don't normally paste it anywhere yourself once registration is live.
