Read the Payments and Refunds panel
On channel orders, the Payments & Refunds panel lists each transaction and refund so you can reconcile the money.
For orders from a connected sales channel, the detail page can show a Payments & Refunds panel: a line-by-line record of money in and money out.

What does the panel show?
- Each transaction with its date, kind (such as a charge), status and amount.
- Each refund, including how many items it covered and any note.
- A reference on each row so you can match it against the channel or gateway.
Why don't I see the panel?
It only appears when there's payment or refund data to show. Manually created orders without that detail won't display it.
Tip. Use this panel to reconcile the order's Payment badge against the gateway activity. A Refunded badge should line up with a refund row here.
