Receive and inspect a return
In Receive & Inspect Items, enter the received quantity per line, grade each one's condition, then click Save Receiving.
When the returned goods arrive, you record how many came back and grade their condition. This step decides what can be restocked and what's scrap.

How do I receive and inspect?
- Open an approved or in-transit RMA and find the Receive & Inspect Items section.
- For each line, enter the Received quantity, capped at what was expected.
- Pick a Condition: New (Unopened), Like New, Good, Fair, Poor or Unsellable.
- Add inspection notes if anything's wrong, then click Save Receiving.
What if a line comes back short?
The RMA is held in Inspecting so you can chase the missing units or close it out as partial.
Tip. Only items graded New, Like New or Good can be restocked. Grade honestly so damaged stock doesn't go back on the shelf.
