What is each category for?
- General — everyday how-do-I questions and anything that doesn't fit the others.
- Technical — something is broken, erroring, or behaving unexpectedly: a failed sync, a page that won't load, data that looks wrong.
- Billing — questions about your plan, invoices, charges or credits.
- Feedback — feature requests, suggestions and ideas for improving the platform.
- Other — anything that genuinely doesn't belong above.
